Pro-Ad accredited as a Real Living Wage Employer
Pro-Ad are delighted to announce that we have been accredited as a Living wage employer by the Real Living Wage Foundation
Our living wage commitment was approved and implemented on the 14th of November 2022 in order to guarantee that our employees are paid the real living wage which is frequently adjusted to match the cost of living.
The Real Living Wage is a rate paid by over 11,00 UK businesses in order to provide their staff with a wage that matches their everyday needs. The Real Living Wage is higher than the national minimum wage as the wage is calculated based on what people need to get by (Including surprise visits like doctors and dentist appointments etc).
The Real Living Wage is reviewed annually when appropriate to match the living standards. According to the Living Wage Foundation since 2011 the campaign has impacted over 390,000 employees and has delivered over 2 billion pounds to staff across the United Kingdom.
Calculations for full-time workers are made by multiplying the rates by 37.5 to derive weekly earnings and then multiplying the weekly earnings by 52 to derive annual earnings. This results in a £2730 difference between a full-time living wage worker and a full-time worker who earns the minimum wage.

This rightfully includes a proper salary that relates to the cost of living.”
